Subi XO development at 500 Hay Street

Pacific Industrial Company is pleased to announce we have secured a contract with Cooper & Oxley for The Subi XO development at 500 Hay Street. The development comprises a 10 storey 168 room hotel, boutique cinema, 370-bay carpark, food court, retail and a 6 storey 10,300 sqm office building due for completion August 2017. The Scope of Works include shop detailing, supply, fabrication, surface treatment and erection of structural steel works for this exciting new project in the heart of Subiaco.
