PIC Starts Tank Manufacturing Division – DTE Pacific Pty Ltd

We are excited to announce that effective from May 2018, Pacific Industrial Company has acquired the assets from DTE Group and formed DTE Pacific Pty Ltd, to provide the market with turnkey solutions for fluid handling and storage.

Our greatest assets have always been our people, many key personnel behind the driving force at DTE Group are now with DTE Pacific.  The formation of DTE Pacific allows us to increase the quality of this asset, resulting in an organisation with enhanced experience and expertise.

You can rely on the same personal working relationships that you have had in the past and you can depend on the same quality of work.  We remain to be the expert in the tank manufacturing industry providing you with the same products and services that DTE Group offered to the market for more than 18 years.  At DTE Pacific, we have a strong committed team that can provide turnkey solutions, which can include the entire design, earth works, concrete requirements, fabrication, construction, transport, installation and commissioning.  In the event you have a requirement to lease/hire fuel tanks, DTE Pacific can directly provide this option to you as well.

DTE Group is the Australian pioneer for many designs of double wall tanks including the 200,000 litre double wall above ground tank.  DTE Group worked together with Work Safe and Standards Australia to have the 200,000 litre double wall tank included into the latest edition of AS NZS 1940.

DTE Pacific operates from one of our workshops in Naval Base, the workshop is 9,000 m² and has five 20 tonne overhead cranes.
